Product description:

Discover the high-quality OTB synthetic resin paints that have been specially developed for use on trucks, construction and agricultural machinery, as well as machine tools and iron products. Our fast-drying paints not only offer excellent processing, but also impressive weather resistance and adhesion to steel.

Product features:

  • Fast drying: Dust-free in just 20-30 minutes at 20 °C; completely dry within 5-6 days.
  • Easy to use: Ideal for professional applications with excellent shine and flow.
  • Excellent adhesion: Good direct adhesion to steel ensures long-lasting results.
  • Versatile application: Suitable for a wide range of surfaces, including agricultural and construction machinery and machine tools.

Processing instructions:

  • Recommended dilutions:
  • Mixing ratio when painting:
    • Weight and volume:
    • LS116 SYNTOLACK (mixed from Binder 29116)
      • 1000 parts 00824 (Slow) or 00825 (Standard)
    • Alternatively:
      • 150 - 250 parts 00552 LECHLEROID THINNER L or
      • 00572 SYNTEX THINNER SS
  • Spray viscosity at 20 °C:
    • 17 - 18” FORD cups
  • Spray nozzle:
    • Standard: Ø 1.4 mm; HVLP: Ø 1.3 mm
  • Spray pressure:
    • Standard: 4 Atm; HVLP: 2 - 2.5 atm
  • spraying cycles:
    • Two coats with a maximum drying time of two hours between coats at 20 °C are recommended to avoid wrinkling.

Repaintable:

Can be painted over for up to two hours at 20 °C or after a waiting time of 48-72 hours depending on the layer thickness.

Container size:

Available in practical containers of 1 kg each.
