We make ordering child's play for you! In the spare parts world online store you can place orders around the clock 🕒 and are not bound to any opening hours. The following points will guide you clearly through the ordering process. If you have any questions, you can contact us at any time via email 📧 or telephone 📞.
🔍 How do I find a product?
Thanks to our search function, you will automatically be shown the results that match your search queries - after entering just 3 characters! ✨ This means you can search for specific products. For all those who like to browse, our well-structured categories are available, in which you can use filter options to make numerous restrictions on certain brands, types, properties and much more. 🏷️
🛍️ How do I order products?
Have you found your spare part? Then you can put it in your virtual shopping cart using the "Add to cart" button. 🛒 You can then add more products as you wish. By clicking on "Add to cart" in the top right, you will get an overview of your selected products. You can then start the ordering process by clicking on the "Order now" button.
If you are already a customer of ours, you can log in with your access data and complete your order as quickly as possible. As a new customer, you only need to register with your most important data and you can get started! 🎉 You then select your payment method 💳 and at the end you will receive an overview of your order and the total costs. If you agree, you can submit your order. After the successful order, you will receive a confirmation email from us 📩 and your order will be processed as quickly as possible.
❓ What if I haven’t received an order confirmation?
Have you not received an automatic email notification from us within 1 hour of placing your order? Then we recommend that you first check your spam folder. 🚫📬 The order confirmation may end up in your spam folder due to the individual settings of your email provider.
Can't find a confirmation in your spam folder? There may have been a typo in the email address you provided or the order process was not completed correctly. In this case, please contact us directly and we will clarify the matter with you individually! 🤝
✏️ How can I change or cancel an order?
Would you like to change or cancel your order after it has been successfully completed? This is only possible by contacting us directly! In this case, it is best to contact us by email (mail@otb-parts.com). If your order has not yet been packed and sent, we can still make changes for you. You can find more information about this in our right of withdrawal 📜.

Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method. Shipping within Austria usually takes 3-10 working days. International deliveries can take 7-14 days. You can find further details on our shipping page.
