Application area: Mabanol TGHyd HVLP hydraulic oils are particularly suitable for hydraulic systems that are exposed to strongly fluctuating temperatures. This includes the entire field of mobile hydraulics as well as all stationary systems that work outdoors (scrap presses, lock gates, loading units, ship hydraulics, etc.). The multi-purpose nature of Mabanol TG Hyd HVLP enables extensive grade reductions. This largely avoids the risk of confusion for the user. Warehousing and ordering in the company are simplified. Mabanol TG Hyd HVLP can be used wherever HVLP or HLP hydraulic oils are required. Properties Mabanol TG Hyd HVLP hydraulic oils are mineral oil-based pressure fluids with particularly favorable viscosity-temperature behavior (high VI hydraulic oils). Only paraffin-based first raffinate is used as the base oil. Even with extreme temperature fluctuations and when starting hydraulic systems from sub-zero temperatures, Mabanol TG Hyd HVLP achieves the highest level of uniformity in the operating behavior of the systems. Optimum wear, corrosion and oxidation protection properties ensure the greatest possible functional reliability of the hydraulic systems with extended oil residence times and minimal maintenance effort. The good filterability of Mabanol Helium Hyd HVLP is a prerequisite for use in many of today's hydraulic systems; filter blockages are avoided. Mabanol TG Hyd HVLP oils are shear stable and exceed the requirements for HVLP hydraulic oils according to DIN 51 524 Part 3.
