Description
What is a wiring harness?
Whether headlights, tail lights or horn - many components of the tractor are electrically operated. The alternator produces the electricity and cables pass it on to the respective component. In order to be able to install these cables clearly, they are grouped together into cable bundles, the cable harnesses. They are secured together using hoses, cable ties or clamps. A cable harness is less flexible than the individual cables, but it is easier to install on the body. This protects it from external influences and prevents a space-consuming tangle of cables.
