Steyr 8060: The three-cylinder tractor of the 80 series

The Steyr 8060 was not the smallest model in the 80 series introduced in 1979. It offered two drive variants: rear-wheel drive and all-wheel drive. As the only three-cylinder engine in this series, it initially had an output of 48 hp. In 1986, Steyr increased the rated power to 56 hp by installing a turbocharger.

For the transmission, users had the choice between a 16/8 and a 16/16 gear system, which provided additional flexibility in using the tractor.
