Steyr 8045: A small tractor for agriculture
To remain competitive in the grassland and maintenance tractor segment, Steyr decided to redesign its small tractor series. The first step in this redesign was the Steyr 8045 , which was available in both rear- and all-wheel drive versions.
This tractor, known as the Steyr 8045 (a) , offered a cost-effective solution for farmers and featured a straightforward range transmission for easy operation. Despite these positive features, the model's market share did not meet the manufacturer's expectations. As a result, production of the 8045 was discontinued after just two years.
